Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, and an import declaration form (IDF). Depending on the goods, you may also need a Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) certificate of conformity. We review your specific shipment and let you know exactly what's required before it arrives.
For most cargo with complete documentation, clearance typically takes 2 to 5 working days. Delays usually come from incomplete paperwork or goods that need additional inspection, which is why we verify documents in advance wherever possible.
Yes. Road transport along the Northern Corridor is one of our core services, covering Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and the DRC, with customs clearance handled at origin so your cargo moves inland without unnecessary stops.
FCL (Full Container Load) means your cargo fills an entire container by itself. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share a container with other shipments, which is more cost-effective for smaller volumes but generally takes a little longer to consolidate and deconsolidate.
